Don't upgrade … yet
Both Apple and Adobe released new updates in the past couple of weeks, and things couldn't have been worse for users. Current recommendations:

— Do not upgrade to InDesign 2020. Too many bugs with PDFs and accessibility, as well as stability.
— Do not upgrade to Apple Catalina. It appears that Apple did not give developers enough time to retool their programs for the new OS. Wait until "dot one" versions of your apps are released before upgrading to Catalina.
