PubCom is closed; it's a holiday or weekend; the instructor is presenting at a business event or conference; or it's a travel day for out-of-town training

Notes: It's best to reserve dates for your training as soon as possible, even if the dates are tentative. At the beginning of the year, our schedules book quickly as government clients secure their funding and authorizations for training. Our time is scheduled on a "first come, first served basis." So let us know what dates you're considering so that we can tentatively hold them for you.

Consider the trainer

• We prefer to schedule multi-day classes every other week for each instructor, with no more than 4 days of training per week.
• Instructors also need to have one day "off" between classes to allow time to prepare for their next class.
• If you need to have a training schedule that's tighter than this, please contact us, as there's a good chance we can accommodate your needs.

Holidays:

The studio closes for the 6 major holidays: (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). A list of federal holidays is at http:/www.opm.gov/fedhol

For all other minor and religious holidays marked on the calendar, our office is open, but staff and contractors have the option of taking personal leave time then. check this online list of religious and American holidays at www.when-is.com

Bottom line: Most likely, we're available on those minor holidays, but not on major ones.
